mod. EM-9000PB Pedestal (pillar) with “NLI” DS-9C sewhead
Emery offers the latest in filled bag closing technoledge with height adjustable bag closing machine and “NLI” brand DS-9C high speed, oil enclosed bag sewing head. This system is equipped with vector drive technology which allows for easy speed matching to existing conveyors, promotes maximum speed flexibility, and facilitates fast start / stop sewing action that reduces material cost. It also provides an attractive and consistent finished product and is designed to accom date both plain sew and crepe tape (using CM4900-3) bound closures. The “low vibration” filled bag closing machine and sewhead (DS-9C) represents the highest speed machine 2,700 rpm in the industry.
